BIG ART 2024 has ended

Between September 25th and 29th I was fortunate enough to be part of BIG ART for a second year in a row. This year the event took place in the old “Slotervaart” hospital. As usual, the show was visited by thousands of people looking to enjoy art at this extraordinary event.
For this year’s edition I translated an old digital artwork into a 2x2 meter painting. The artwork, named ‘Bill Kill vol. 3' is originally part of the Bill Kill trilogy. The series, inspired by Tarantino’s Kill Bill movies, explores our relationship with violence.

During the event I wanted to offer the visitors something they could take home. This was a good opportunity to introduce limited edition prints, something I had wanted to do for a very long time. The 50x50 cm giclée prints are limited to 50 pieces each and are printed on luxurious Hahnemühle paper.
For the event I offered a special price for the Bill Kill trilogy prints. I’m happy to share that they were a big success with many people taking a print home. To celebrate the success of the event, the special discount has been extended to Friday, Oct. 4th!
I met wonderful people, both artists and art lovers. I held great conversations and can’t wait for the next edition of BIG ART.
